Two story brick house. Screen door before a regular wooden one. One bathroom, a damp little basement, three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen. Just a small little house on one of the less desirable streets, though I doubt Pine River has any bad streets....

| Creek's Edge Ranch
A tiny, picture-perfect ranch set deeply at the end of a flowing creek. There is a small lake at the property's edge. It's small, only 4 acres along with a tiny guesthouse and 4-stall barn. Outside the barn is an open, 1.5 acre pasture. The home is old, has one bedroom, a teeny living room, a porch, a one-person-only-sized bathroom, kitchen, and half of a dining room. But hey, it's comfy. And the sunsets are beautiful.

The Squirt Ranch is on 4 acres. There is a 2-stall barn with a feed/tack room that connects to a pasture. The house is light blue with white trim. The inside is nice, but a little old. There is 2 rooms, a small kitchen, a tiny living room, and a bathroom. And a very tiny, finished basement. The rest is filled with trees that are great for trail riding.
